If you collect GPS or survey data using one of RMBL's units, you must fill out a metadata form correctly before receiving your data.
If you have submitted the metadata, there is a 2-3 day turn around period between when we receive the metadata and when we send out the GPS data.
If it has been longer than that, there may be one of two issues. First, there may have been a problem with your metadata (wrong form, incomplete, etc). If this is the case, you should receive something via e-mail from the GIS/GPS tech. Second, there simply might be a delay in getting your data to you (during late June and July, the schedule is especially busy). If it has been longer than 4 or 5 days, send the GIS tech an e-mail as a reminder that you haven't received anything (gis@rmbl.org).
